Malaysian Chinese Kitchen joined our Mission to help provide access to “Clean Water for All by 2030”. This Mission was initiated by the United Nations.

Mission:
The unique blend of Chinese, Malay and colonial flavors in this cuisine is one of the best kept secrets of the region, previously only known to locals and those who have had the opportunity to reside in Malaysia. Some of the cultural and culinary gems are in danger of being lost to modernization and need to be made known to the food-loving public. It also serves as a touchstone to the far-flung Malaysian Chinese diaspora and those who love its culture.
We can't wait to see every person have access to clean water as soon as possible.
