Maroubra Restaurant, Flamez Eatery started operating in November 2016 and is located right in Maroubra by the Beach next to the Maroubra Seals Club.

Our cuisine which is our take on the Modern Australian Cuisine which has evolved over the years and been defined by the changes brought about by the different styles of cooking influenced by the influx of migrants from the Mediterranean, Asia, India and Africa. Through them, new ingredients have also been added to the Australian kitchens and have helped shaped the cuisine style.

Out of the diverse cuisines and dishes competing for a place in our menu, we have created something which is our very own based on our philosophy of using the freshest and healthiest ingredients and seasonal produce. Out of that we create the best Halal Australian cuisine that has turned many a first time visitor to regular fans.
