About Table 9 Restaurant
"Forget the other Viet restaurants in Newtown because this new beauty absolutely blows them out of the water! How? Well it’s pretty simple - focus on two dishes - phó and laksa - and do them very well! The broth was piping hot, the noodles soft and the beef + tripe melts in your mouth. It’s also not oily so you walk away feeling fulfilled rather than overwhelmed. Even the fried and fresh spring rolls were great! The owner introduced himself to me and we spend a good ten minutes chatting about the business, his brother even works the kitchen! Don’t miss this place if you’re in the area!"
