Essential Need's Message

Breadfern Bakery joined our Mission to help provide access to “Clean Water for All by 2030”. This Mission was initiated by the United Nations.

A big thank you to Breadfern Bakery’s team and customers for joining this extremely important mission on 14 May 2019.

The Certificate of Commitment can be found here.

On the well-trodden corner where Redfern and Chalmers street meet, two people with a passion for cooking came together to create Breadfern Bakery.

Michel comes from a background of business and managing restaurants.

Breadfern bakery has a devote love for artisan bread and a huge emphasis on using only the best local ingredients. We pride ourselves on using organic, sustainable and ethically produced product wherever possible.

From delicious artisan breads to pastries to lunchtime pies, Breadfern is excited to open its doors to Redfern and satisfy those appetites.
