Sushi is comprised of three main ingredients: fish, seasoned rice (SUSHI) and seaweed (NORI).
Therefore, our name, SUSHI & NORI, refers to the harmonious combination of these key ingredients.
Our chefs at SUSHI & NORI are all fully qualified professionals. They carefully determine how to balance traditional Japanese preparation methods with innovative modern approaches to create delicious dishes that focus on every detail.
We can't wait to see every person have access to clean water as soon as possible.
