Shuk Bakery joined our Mission to help provide access to “Clean Water for All by 2030”. This Mission was initiated by the United Nations.
A big thank you to Shuk Bakery’s team and customers for joining this extremely important mission on 08 December 2017.
Taking inspiration from the Hebrew meaning of market place, SHUK, is located in the heart of Bondi. It has quickly become one of the favourite meeting places for locals and tourists alike. For over 40 years this location served as the local corner shop, but with their own hands, transformed the space into an elegant 80 seat establishment, offering an incredible array of Israeli/Mediterranean delights for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they use the freshest produce and dishes that promise a flavour of Israel mixed with modern favourites. Together business partners Erez Beker, Yoni Kalfus, Ariel Hefer are bringing their passion to life, sharing traditional Israeli dishes they learnt from their families back home.
We can't wait to see every person have access to clean water as soon as possible.
Let's end extreme water poverty together.
