La Despensa joined our Mission to help provide access to “Clean Water for All by 2030”. This Mission was initiated by the United Nations.

Our Chef
Chef and owner Antoni Serra from Barcelona, inherited the culinary roots of the Iberian Peninsula. His philosophy and approach to food is about creating simple, traditional, raw flavours. His agricultural engineering background coupled with time working in viticulture and as a head chef means he is passionate about paddock to plate dining.
Our Food
We bring you the spirit of your favourite tapas restaurant from the streets of Barcelona to the neighbourhood of Neutral Bay. The quality on the plate comes from the quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of our favourite Spanish and Catalan recipes.
Our Wine
All of our food is shared and paired with our hand selected wines brought direct by the Chef from a range of small family owned vineyards in Catalunya from regions including Priorat DOQ, Terra Alta DO, Alella DO, Empordà DO, Penedès DO.
