At HUMM we have worked long and hard to perfect our selection & roasting techniques. We pride ourselves on taking as much control over our product as possible, so we can provide the best possible expression of the coffee we have chosen.
All of our roasting takes place weekly in Sydney.
We hand select our green beans for quality and allow a two week settlement period of our beans before use.
Our brand new MODBAR espresso system offers state of the art technology and produces perfectly timed extraction, temperature control and water pressure levels.
We can't wait to see every person have access to clean water as soon as possible.
