Holy Basil Sydney joined our Mission to help provide access to “Clean Water for All by 2030”. This Mission was initiated by the United Nations.
A big thank you to Holy Basil Sydney’s team and customers for joining this extremely important mission on 18 April 2018.
A few years ago, we began our journey of retelling a story on our cultural heritages through our cuisines that is uniquely Thai & Laos. We wanted to showcase the food which is a distinctive cuisine dominated with fresh herbs and spices, and a delicate balance between sweet, sour and spicy that we have been accustomed to from our upbringing.
We are honoured that you and your family (many whom have travelled from faraway places) have come to our home to share a meal and some happy memories with us.
This menu is a dedication to our loyal customers whom have for many years been telling us to “Keep the faith... and keep moving!”
We can't wait to see every person have access to clean water as soon as possible.
