Hej hej! We’re Linda, Diana and Sophie, the founders of Fika Swedish Kitchen.
We’ve been living in Sydney for over six years and have been great friends for a long time. Whenever we used to catch up, topics of conversations often related to the delicious foods and beautiful things we missed about Sweden. Swedes love coffee and will find any excuse to catch up for a 'fika' with a friend. We decided it was time to bring all the best things about Swedish culture together with modern Aussie cafe culture.
And so our first adventure, Fika Swedish Kitchen, came to reality, 'Bringing the spirit of Scandinavian culture to the heart of Sydney'.
Linda brings with her more than 12 years of crazy hospitality experience while Diana and Sophie work in the design industry and have an eye for all things Scandinavian.
We're long time foodies, passionate about the thriving Australian restaurant scene, and can't wait to give you a taste of the nordic lands.
We can't wait to see every person have access to clean water as soon as possible.
