Char and Co joined our Mission to help provide access to “Clean Water for All by 2030”. This Mission was initiated by the United Nations.

A big thank you to Char and Co’s team and customers for joining this extremely important mission on 10 January 2018.

Calling on its South American roots, CHAR&CO brings the Gaucho culture to Double Bay through their specialised menu and seasonal drinks. A fluid blend of South American and European traditions, the CHAR&CO atmosphere is warm and enticing.

All meats are sourced from sustainable farms

Owner Chef Bruno Da Motta sees CHAR&CO as a space welcoming to all, from intimate pairs through to celebratory groups, all with a passion for good food, cocktails, and vibes. A place where customers are like family.
